Following the approval from the Athens Stock Exchange, Titan proceeded with a share split on 25/6/2004, as decided at the Annual General Meeting of 24/5/2004. The shares trade x-bonus since 25/6/2004, and the new shares will become available on 2/7/2004. The share split does not involve a tax charge.
