RESOLUTION
It is with great sadness that the Board of Directors of TITAN Cement S.A. has been informed of the sudden death of
ANGELOS N. CANELLOPOULOS
who passed away in New York, on the 21st of November 2009, and whose funeral will be held in the United States.
The Board convened on November 23rd, 2009, in an extraordinary session, at which tributes were paid to the contribution of the deceased to the Company during his many years of service as Chairman of the Board. It was unanimously resolved that:
- For three days flags be flown at half-mast at the Company’s head offices and plants.
- Donations to charity be made in his memory.
- This resolution be published in the daily press.
