Our Company, jointly with the Spanish cement company “Corporacion Uniland S.A.” participated on October 10 and 11, 2005 in a tender process effected by the Turkish Savings Deposit Insurance Fund for the sale of cement production plants, by submitting offers for two of them, in which we were not the highest bidder.
