“Titan America LLC, a subsidiary of Titan Cement Co. S.A., acquired Miami Valley Concrete, another independent ready mix concrete producer located on the west coast of Florida.

Miami Valley Concrete based in Nokomis, Florida, operates four ready mix plants as well as a plant for building blocks. The acquisition enhances further Titan’s expansion and puts the Group in an excellent position for supplying construction materials to its customers on Florida’s west coast. This is the third acquisition since April 2006, after Metro Redi-Mix and Summit / Elbrecht Concrete, also located in the west coast of Florida.

This acquisition is not expected to materially affect Titan Group financial statements.”
