In Sofia, TITAN Bulgaria supplied materials for the construction of the Zlaten Vek and Sky Fort skyscrapers. The Zlaten Vek skyscraper is 120m high, while the Sky Fort will be 202m high when finished, making it the tallest building in Bulgaria. The building foundations required several large-sized elements, the largest of which was 9,000 cubic meters. To ensure foundation stability, we designed a new low-heat cement product to prevent crack formation. We also supplied a new high-strength concrete class 60 product for the core and superstructures of the two skyscrapers.
The height of the two buildings presented serious challenges in terms of stability and safety. TITAN Bulgaria addressed these issues by providing innovative, high-quality materials.
