On 16 August 2003 we began production of clinker in the new revolving kiln installed at our Thessaloniki facility. The kiln has a daily production capacity of 3,500 tons of clinker.

In September, with the successful operation of the new kiln, we gradually phased out production in the three old kilns, which had been in use since the middle and end of the 1960’s.
